Kartlee is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users ("Merchants") to create, manage, and operate their own e-commerce websites using design tools, integrations, and AI-powered features.
Kartlee acts solely as a technology service provider and does not:
- Sell products directly to end customers
- Act as a marketplace
- Control or manage transactions between merchants and their customers
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Kartlee.
By using Kartlee, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access Kartlee services, you may be required to create an account using email or social login.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Kartlee is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Services Provided
Kartlee provides:

- AI-based design and content assistance
- Payment gateway integrations

Kartlee does not process or hold funds from transactions conducted on merchant websites.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant using Kartlee, you are solely responsible for:
- Your products, services, and content
- Pricing, taxes, and legal compliance
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Customer support and dispute resolution
- Refunds and returns
Kartlee does not assume any liability for merchant activities or customer interactions.
6. Payments and Third-Party Integrations
Kartlee integrates with third-party payment gateways and shipping providers.
- All transactions occur directly between merchants and their chosen payment providers.
- Kartlee does not store, process, or control payments.
- Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Kartlee is not responsible for failures, delays, or disputes arising from third-party services.
7. Fees and Subscription
Kartlee may offer paid plans, subscriptions, or services.
- Fees, billing cycles, and pricing will be communicated separately.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments made to Kartlee are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Kartlee for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Selling prohibited or restricted goods
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Distributing harmful or malicious content
Kartlee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Kartlee platform, including software, branding, and technology, are owned by Softricity Pvt Ltd.
You retain ownership of your content, but grant Kartlee a limited license to use it for providing services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kartlee is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Kartlee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Kartlee is not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or business
Kartlee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softricity Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your business operations
12. Termination
Kartlee may suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment
- At its discretion with or without notice
You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India.
14. Changes to Terms
Kartlee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
