This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for Kartlee services, a product of Softricity Pvt Ltd.


1. Scope

This policy applies only to:

  • Subscription plans
  • Paid features or services offered by Kartlee

This policy does NOT apply to:

  • Products sold by merchants using Kartlee

All merchant-related refunds are handled by the respective store owners.


2. Subscription Fees

Kartlee may offer paid subscriptions for access to advanced features.

  • All fees are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle

4. No Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage
  • No refunds for unused subscription periods

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors caused by Kartlee

Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • Access to services may be revoked

7. Changes to Policy

Kartlee reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
